Benefits Administration

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.

Collaborate with the team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.

Assist in encoding and maintaining government Official Receipts (ORs) in the payroll system to ensure accurate and timely records.
Payroll Administration

Provide support for special projects related to payroll initiatives.

Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.

Organize and archive payroll-related documents and files.
-
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Assist in payroll administrative tasks and provide general support to the payroll team.

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in both Benefits and Payroll Administration. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support in maintaining accurate employee records and government documentation.

Assisting with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and special projects.
-
Participating in data clean-up and record organization initiatives.
-
Supporting the enrollment of new hires in government-mandated benefits.
-
Helping address basic employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
-
Assisting in payroll processing tasks, including data entry, document archiving, and system updates.

Contributing to ongoing projects aimed at improving HR and payroll processes.
-
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

Willing to report onsite at least 3 times a week (Hybrid setup)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to learn and can work well with a team

Must be able to complete a minimum of 200 internship hours during the internship period
