We are looking for a team-oriented individual to join our Customer Experience Team in the role
of Onboarding Support Administrator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responding to internal staff enquiries related to customer onboarding activities via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in setting up technology products for customers during onboarding which involves configuration and administration tasks as per product requirements.
- General administrative tasks associated with time management and entering data into in-house systems for keeping the end-customer informed as to the progress of their onboarding journey
- Increasing customer satisfaction and building loyalty through providing amazing, personal support to Propic internal staff and ultimately the customers they are serving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salesforce Platform experience ideal.
- Salesforce Platform Admin certifications, ideal but not essential
- A Team player with a general interest in the Real Estate industry is ideal Customer service skills providing exceptional customer experience to internal staff
- Love to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Be part of the exciting world of prop-tech and contributing to the future of the Real Estate industry
- The ability to solve problems logically and critically and liaise with other internal departments to find a solution
- A fast learner who is keen to apply a sense of urgency to deliver the right customer experience.
