We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Customer Communities, and Salesforce Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, particularly focused on Service Cloud and Community Cloud functionalities, to meet business needs effectively.

- Utilize SFDC admin/developer skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality in a complex, global SFDC org
- Develop a detailed understanding of CRM core application architecture, as well as integrated applications such as Zoomin and Slack
- Interpret business requirements, provide accurate estimates, and meet deadlines on deliverables
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and internal clients in the design, configuration and build of SFDC org
- Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and customizations
- Mitigate risks associated with projects, having a high technical complexity
- Act as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems
- Maintain and support custom objects and metadata, formulas, validation rules, flows, triggers, apex classes, LWCs, Community pages, Omni Channel configurations
- 3-5 years experience developing both declarative and programmatic features on the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications preferred
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies: Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, etc.
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, including configuration, user management, security controls, and data management
- Knowledge of Service Cloud and Customer Experience and Communities
- Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment
- Must be service oriented with the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Action-oriented and proactive, continually displaying a sense of urgency
- Proven creativity and problem solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (eg. Github) is a plus
