The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers through chat and email, ensuring speedy and accurate support at all times. This role involves processing customer documents, resolving issues with excellent problem-solving skills, and providing proactive assistance to prevent errors and improve the customer experience.
We’re looking for a service-driven individual who can meet quality targets, support cross-sell initiatives, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while handling compliance, risk, or fraud-related tasks when needed.
