The Compliance Intern will support the Legal & Compliance team in ensuring that the organization adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on exposure to compliance processes, regulatory monitoring, documentation, and risk management in a corporate environment.

- Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support documentation, filing, and tracking of compliance-related records (e.g., permits, licenses, reports)
- Help prepare compliance reports, summaries, and presentations
- Conduct basic research on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company
- Support onboarding and compliance requirements tracking for employees or entities
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required compliance information
- Perform administrative tasks related to compliance monitoring and record-keeping
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Political Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of compliance, governance, or regulatory concepts is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies or compliance frameworks
- Basic data tracking or monitoring experience (e.g., Excel trackers, SharePoint)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
