• Cooperate with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Calculate dimensions, weigh limitations, and requirements in materials.
• Create detailed designs with CAD software.
• Design layouts to illustrate design concepts and improvements.
• Identify potential operational issues and redesign to improve functionality.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standard..

· At least 5 years work experience in similar role COMPETENCIES

· Critical thinking skills- help the architect and engineers work in spotting problems with plans and design

· Detail Oriented- pays close attention to details so that the plans build is technically accurate

· Time management skills- can work under strict deadlines, works efficiently to produce the required output according to set schedules

· Familiarity with 3D modelling
