Assist the AR Lead with the monthly close process, including sub-ledger to GL tie-outs, aging analysis, and preparing flux explanations.
Collaborate with Revenue Accounting and Data teams to perform regular tie-outs between A/R, cash, and deferred revenue.
Handle merchant and customer disputes, working to reduce stale balances through proactive collections and consistent follow-up.
Assist in managing dispute resolutions within Stripe or other Payment Service Providers.
Support the AR Lead and BPO partners by maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Assist in gathering data for AR dashboards and KPIs, such as DSO, aging buckets, and unapplied cash.
Utilize tools like Excel, or Oracle to support scalable automation and daily process improvements.
Work cross functionally with Billing, Sales Ops, and Finance teams to support new initiatives and automation projects.
Prepare and organize documentation for audits to ensure compliance with internal controls.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA/CA or CPA/CA track is a plus

2-4 years of experience in AR, Billing, or Collections, preferably in a tech-enabled or services environment.
