We are looking for a Head of AI to lead the strategy, architecture, and development of next-generation AI solutions that power automated insights in healthcare market research. This role will drive the integration of advanced technologies such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems, while leading a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities
● Define and execute a roadmap that integrates LLMs and MLMs into our core market research products to drive automated
insights.
● Architect and oversee scalable, high-availability systems capable of processing complex healthcare datasets and serving
AI-driven insights at scale.
● Design and deploy sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and agentic workflows to automate
the production of high-fidelity medical reports.
● Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization, managing multiple teams across different regions to
ensure delivery excellence.
● Spearhead the adoption of advanced automation practices to bridge the gap between intelligent models and enterprise
business logic.
● Drive adoption of AI, LLM pipelines, automation, and modern engineering practices
● Collaborate with product, data, and leadership teams to deliver measurable business impact

Functional Requirements:
 
*12+ years of overall professional experience in IT or any related field
*3 years of AI/ML engineering with progressive leadership responsibility (team leadership - created their own projects) 
*Proven experience leading enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and large-scale AI platform delivery 
*Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLM/SLM systems, agentic AI architectures, and multi-agent workflows 
*Strong hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent orchestration frameworks
*Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines and semantic retrieval systems 
*Strong knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.) 
*Strong knowledge of knowledge graph systems 
*Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
*Experience with conversational AI, NLP systems, and domain-specific AI applications 
*Strong understanding of cloud-native AI deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, containers, and distributed systems 
*Experience delivering AI solutions in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical domains 
*Strong understanding of AI governance, model monitoring, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
 
Healthcare/ Life Sciences experience (3 years)
Flexible with the type of AI systems/ tools experience

Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability 
Bias toward clarity, decision-making, and measurable outcomes 
Ability to collaborate effectively with product, data, engineering, and domain teams
