We are looking for an experienced Client Onboarding Administrator to support Eightcap’s growth
by managing the onboarding of new client accounts and maintaining accurate client information
across our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account administration
and client service, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, detail-driven
environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience
to both our clients and team

  • ● Process new account applications and onboard new clients.
    ● Update and configure existing accounts according to internal requests.
    ● Work closely with the Sales team and ensure client needs are met.
    ● Respond to internal queries relating to account management.
    ● Respond to incoming application enquiries from the client via email.
    ● Ensure industry & company standards for AML/KYC are met.
    ● Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes.

Essential:

● Computer literacy and above average data entry skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Attention to detail.
● Able to multitask and prioritise tasks.
● Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot day to day issues.

Desired:

● Strong account management skill

● Previous experience in client onboarding.
● KYC/AML knowledge.
