• Required Professional Experience - Change Management
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management supporting large-scale business or IT transformations
• • 2+ years of experience on SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions
• • Experience delivering core change activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training support
• • Exposure to at least one full SAP project lifecycle through deployment or go‑live
• • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in complex or global organizations
• • Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, SAP OCM)
