This position focuses on the creation and development of digital and print designs, ensuring they align with brand standards and marketing objectives. The role encompasses designing for various platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and print materials, as well as managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.

• Create engaging designs for digital screens, web banners, social media graphics, and print materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Develop content for advertising campaigns and multimedia marketing initiatives including WhatsApp marketing.
• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital ad campaigns to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion within deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic designer in different multimedia platforms, advertising, or a related field. Preferably from Retail background.
• Proven experience in digital screen design, web banners, web design, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Premiere Pro, and Canva, Midjourney, and other design tools.
• Familiarity with Superside AI, Look A, Visat Create, Design Hill, and Get Stencil is a plus.
• Photography skills are a plus.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and ensure design consistency.
• Amenable to work onsite at Cebu Business Park
• Amenable to work from 12PM/1PM - 9PM/10PM PH Time

• Familiarity with Superside AI, Look A, Visat Create, Design Hill, and Get Stencil
• Photography skills
