Functional overview

The Country Sales Executive is expected to: 

• Increase sales and market share in the Philippines.
  • Monitors and reports weekly (Monday):
    • the motorcycle accessories market.
    • the performance and activity of the existing clients.
  • Support the existing distributors with trainings, sales trips, etc.
  • Open new clients:
    • Importers and distributors for aftermarket products
    • Motorcycle manufacturers
    • Attend motorcycle events.
    • Assist the Asia Sales Manager on his trips to Philippines.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 3 years Sales experience handling Distribution/Wholesalers preferably from the motorcycle industry
• Goal oriented and capacity for self-management
• Fluent in English
• Motivation for Sales and Marketing, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Good in Speeches / Presentations, etc.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Willing to work at any of the KMC sites nearest to residence (BGC, Makati, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Alabang)
