Operational Execution
· Manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
· Process shipment billing aligned with the customer process and agreed billing frequency.
· Ensure compliance with customer SOP and SOW.
· Manage additional tasks assigned in support of customer program management.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
· Manage customer escalations and collaborate with the Global Control Tower to drive timely resolution.
· Coordinate regularly with internal teams to ensure alignment on operational requirements and deliverables.
Program Support & Reporting
· Monitor program performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
· Prepare reports, compliance tests, and documentation required for customer or internal reviews.
· Support audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
· College graduate preferably related to supply chain or logistics.+
· Freight forwarding experience 2-5 years
· Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications, with emphasis on intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills.
· Strong analytical skills and curious mindset for continuous improvements, not accepting status quo without validations.
· Some experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics industry would be a plus.
· Sufficient skill for researching and manipulation of data analysis.
· Organized and ability to articulate thoughts.
· Ability to perform under pressure and work with deadlines.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
· Willing and able to work within the Australia time zone and Public Holidays as required by business operations
· Methodological and has attention for details.
· Discipline, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
· Agile and adaptable.
· Pleasant personality and able to work with people across geographical and cultural boundaries.
