The Pricebook Supervisor leads and supports the Pricebook team, ensuring accurate pricing, data entry, and compliance with standard operating procedures. This role involves reviewing invoices, resolving pricing discrepancies, updating promotional and product information, and generating reports for management. The supervisor collaborates with vendors, accounting, IT, and retail teams while maintaining high data accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Supervise and support the Pricebook team, providing daily guidance and resolving escalations.
  • Perform heavy data entry in price book accounting software.
  • Review and analyze vendor and inventory invoices entered at the retail store level, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
  • Ensure that all exceptions related to invoices are reviewed and resolved according to procedures.
  • Review electronic invoices and audit store managers' delivery confirmations.
  • Resolve UPC scanning issues and ensure store-level pricing discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with changes in retail prices and costs.
  • Provide support in updating promotional information in the price book database and notify stores as necessary.
  • Run and review PriceBook reports weekly and/or monthly, analyze data, and report findings to management.
  • Assist in setting up new products and collaborate with the merchandise team on product additions.
  • Verify that item costs and pricing comply with contract agreements and procedures established by the PriceBook Manager.
  • Communicate timely and effectively with Vendors, Accounting, IT, and Retail to resolve problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Pricebook or similar pricing systems.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience, managing or leading a team
  • ERP system proficiency (any major ERP; e.g SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of the Retail industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent computer skills using 10-Key by touch and ability to type 40 wpm.
  • Must proficiently communicate in English in oral and written format.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data.
