Sr. Team Lead is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior supervisory role that requires detail orientation and good communication. Project Managers monitors progress and create adjustments as needed.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Daily coordination with Regional Managers, Operations Managers, and Client Managers
  • Project mapping and resource planning
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate in-field management as necessary
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and needed.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Intermediate to advance expertise in Microsoft Excel is required (advace formulas, template development, etc.)
  • At least 2 – 3 years of work experience (Senior Level)
  • Employee Management & Discipline experience
  • Project Management experience
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Initiative, Optimism, calmness and flexibility
  • Quality driven
  • Knowledgeable in creating processes
  • Confident in working with less supervision
  • Attention to detail is a Must
  • Ability to create friendly but firm rapport with employees
  • No attendance issues.
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
