This role involves organizing filing systems, handling administrative duties, preparing reports, and assisting with various platforms and training sessions. The Specialist collaborates with other departments and supports the sales team with data and document management.

1. Administrative Support
• Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative
professionals.
• Handle all administrative duties for the Spaces team, including managing correspondence
and scheduling.
• Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed.
• Perform data entry duties to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Prepare weekly reports for the team, including Mancom slides, Spaces Strategies,
Pipeline, and other similar reports.
• Prepare performance reports for the team, highlighting key metrics and insights.
2. Sales and Performance Monitoring
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities and team
performance.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas
for improvement.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sale

At lease (1) Year of Well-established Experience with Account Management and handling Service Delivery.
Well verse in MS office and presentation tools (Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere, MailChimp, etc.)
