The primary function of the Supply Manager is to spearhead the acquisition of freelance talent within Philippines, focusing on expanding the company's network and operational footprint. The role involves designing and implementing effective strategies and processes to attract, acquire, and develop a robust pool of gig workers through innovative use of technology, automation, and optimized processes.

It enables the Supply Manager to directly impact the company's growth and efficiency in the region through strategic decision-making and project execution. The role also provides extensive interaction with local and regional teams, fostering a collaborative and influential workplace.

  • Devise and implement innovative sourcing strategies to ensure quality talent acquisition at scale across Philippines, and potentially expanding to other regions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and platforms to build and maintain a qualified pool of candidates.
  • Oversee and manage sourcing programs, including tracking progress, resolving dependencies, evaluating risks, and communicating status to upper management and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor sourcing penetration and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain resource feedback mechanisms to achieve and surpass NPS targets for the program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, particularly in Freelance Supply or Marketplace fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute product rollouts or initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring efficient implementations in dynamic settings.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing, onboarding, and managing large-scale freelance or independent contractor networks, especially in Philippines.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate independently and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to work efficiently and influence others without direct authority.
