The Marketing Coordinator provides operational, CRM, and analytics support across MedImpact Philippines and MedImpact International’s marketing initiatives. The role focuses on campaign coordination, reporting, and execution while maintaining organized documentation and ensuring cross-department collaboration.
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the AMM and the Multimedia Designer to ensure timely delivery of projects, data accuracy, and brand consistency across all marketing campaigns.

1. Marketing Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate daily marketing deliverables across HR, CS, and Sales.
• Maintain ClickUp for campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage SharePoint folders for creative assets, decks, and internal marketing files. • Support campaign logistics, updates, and interdepartmental coordination.
2. Content & Copywriting Support
• Draft internal content such as newsletters, event recaps, and marketing copy.
• Prepare initial drafts for AMM review and optimization.
• Assist in documenting workflows and creating campaign SOPs.
• Proofread and check all materials for tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
3. Email Marketing
• Build and send newsletters or campaigns via HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Ensure accurate audience segmentation and campaign setup.
• Track send, open, and click rates; maintain archives of campaign results and templates.
4. CRM Management
• Audit HubSpot data and assist in maintaining database accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops for metric alignment, tagging accuracy, and lifecycle tracking.
• Support CRM integrations or transitions when required.
5. Analytics & Reporting Support
• Manage setup, tracking, and reporting integrations across GTM, GA4, GSC, HubSpot, and Meta Business Portfolio for MedImpact International.
• Extract accurate performance data and compile internal marketing reports for AMM review — including website traffic, campaign metrics, social media analytics, and email performance.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to ensure all data sources are connected and functional.
• Audit and verify data consistency before submission to ensure internal reporting accuracy.
• Review and cross-check external agency ad and performance reports for alignment with internal data (ensuring no missing metrics or discrepancies).
• Support CRM-related reporting in HubSpot or ActiveCampaign by tracking contact performance, campaign outcomes, and engagement trends.
• Assist in validating paid campaign reports from external agencies (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Ads) and support future in-house digital ad initiatives for MedImpact International and MedImpact Philippines.
6. Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support
• Assist in Procurement Requisition (PR) requirements, coordinate with platform/tool vendors, create and log PRs via Oracle EBS, and ensure complete documentation and timely routing for approvals.
• Track and monitor PRs for completion and alignment with Finance and Procurement timelines.
• Support coordination for major Cebu-based events or marketing-driven initiatives (e.g., IBPAP, CCAP, HIMAP).
• Assist in preparing marketing collaterals and branded materials such as brochures, jackets, or giveaways.
• Collaborate with the Multimedia Designer, HR, and CS Managers on design requests or layout support when needed, including post-event documentation for release.
• Manage creative assets in SharePoint and assist the AMM in preparing decks or presentations.
• Provide light website management support (uploading visuals, banners, or minor edits) and assist with analytics validation when required.
• Execute other ad hoc marketing tasks or projects assigned by the AMM or management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or analytics.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Experience using ClickUp, SharePoint, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Proficiency with GTM, GA4, GSC, and Meta Business Portfolio for analytics and reporting.
• Experience running or monitoring paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Ads) is a plus; for report validation, basic optimization, and potential future in-house campaign execution.
• Comfortable managing creative assets and marketing documentation.
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
• Willing to assist with cross-region marketing coordination if required.
