- Develop new hire learning journeys using blended learning models (eLearning, live sessions, and coaching)
- Ensure journeys are role-specific and aligned with field expectations
- Support enablement managers in building experiences that meet ramp milestones
- Align onboarding content with systems access, tools training, and performance expectations
- Incorporate certification milestones and role readiness into content structure
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment
- Iterate onboarding based on ramp KPIs, performance trends, and feedback from new hires and managers
- Conduct content audits to ensure material stays current
- Recommend updates based on product changes, process shifts, or sales strategy updates
- Monitor onboarding completion, certification, and time-to-productivity metrics
- Track learner satisfaction and onboarding NPS for each cohort
- Use data insights to improve effectiveness of onboarding journeys
- Partner with Enablement Managers to support the execution of onboarding programs
- Create or edit content in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and instructional design standards across all materials
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience creating learning content for adult learners, preferably in a sales or revenue enablement setting
- Experience supporting onboarding programs and blended learning content development
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong instructional design skills with an understanding of adult learning theory and curriculum development
- Ability to turn subject matter expert input into structured, digestible, and engaging training content
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with enablement managers, sales leaders, and product teams
- Analytical mindset to use feedback and performance data for continuous improvement
- Excellent written communication and editing skills with attention to tone, structure, and clarity
Tools/Systems:
- Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline, WorkRamp, Lessonly)
- Experience with LMS platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Confluence, Slack)
- Familiarity with content management platforms such as Highspot is preferred
