Duties and responsibilities

• Are excellent coaches
• Responsible for meeting/exceeding team revenue targets
• Develop a sales strategy for the assigned territories that will drive revenue growth and retention
• Develop, monitor and drive activity metrics to deliver sales excellence
• Track sales goals, report results and recommend action plans as necessary.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset to make data driven decisions
• Assist Account Executives in all areas of sales process
• Effectively deliver high forecast accuracy, opportunity management excellence & account plan excellence
• Are strong communicators with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a quota carrying sales team in technology/software field
• Cloud web conferencing solutions and/or Cloud Phone System selling experience will be a strong advantage
• Experience in managing multiple countries in Asia
• Must have strong communication skills with consultative and professional business acumen
• Strong collaboration and relational skills
• Ability to motivate a team of high performing & experienced sellers
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven record of exceeding quota and client satisfaction.
• Analytical sales leader with capability to draw data to predict trend
• Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
• College degree or equivalent preferred
