The Manila branch office of Coral Active is looking for an MS Dynamics 365 Integration Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate has strong JavaScript development skills, experience working with Channel Integration Framework (CIF) v2.0, and a solid understanding of event-driven, headless integrations. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and supporting resilient integrations between Dynamics 365 and multiple enterprise systems used by global contact center customers This is a full-time role, open to local Philippine residents, and follows a remote (work from-home) setup while collaborating closely with the Sydney-based engineering team. • Job Description The successful candidate will; ● Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CIF v2.0 integrations ● Build and maintain headless JavaScript services that are fault-tolerant and production-ready ● Integrate Dynamics 365 with contact center platforms, CRMs, and other enterprise systems ● Work within a rules-driven orchestration environment supporting multiple customers ● Collaborate with engineers and architects across Manila and Sydney teams ● This role is suitable for a strong mid-level to senior engineer; scope and compensation will reflect experience. Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CIF v2.0 integrations ● Build event-driven, headless JavaScript services with strong error handling and recovery ● Implement bi-directional, real-time integrations using APIs and webhooks ● Translate business and integration requirements into reliable technical solutions ● Work autonomously on new or existing integration features with minimal supervision ● Debug and resolve production integration issues across customer environments ● Participate in design, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support activities ● Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and operational processes ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product, and support ● Own integration behavior in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and fixes

Skills and Qualifications ● Strong JavaScript (ES6+) development experience ● Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ● Experience working with Channel Integration Framework (CIF) v2.0 ● Solid understanding of: ● Event-driven architectures ● REST APIs and webhooks ● OAuth and token-based authentication ● Experience building headless / no-UI services ● Ability to design fault-tolerant and observable systems ● Experience using version control tools such as Git ● Strong documentation and communication skills ● Comfortable working with evolving requirements in enterprise environments

Nice To Have ● Experience integrating contact center platforms ● Exposure to orchestration or rules-based integration platforms ● Familiarity with Azure or cloud-based deployments ● Experience supporting multi-tenant enterprise systems
