.We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (ReactJS) to build responsive, high-performance interfaces for healthcare professionals and internal users. This role will own key UI components such as community forums, dashboards, and chat interfaces, while developing scalable and reusable design systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux/Context, and TailwindCSS, with excellent UX awareness, hands-on coding ability, and a strong ownership mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.

• Develop responsive, performant interfaces for HCPs and internal users.
• Own UI of community forums, CME dashboard, chat interfaces.
• Build design system with reusability and accessibility in mind.
• Work closely with backend engineers and UX manager to iterate fast.

• React, Next.js 13+, Redux/Context, TypeScript, TailwindCSS.
• Experience with SSR/SSG and React Native (bonus).
• Strong UX awareness and pixel-perfect implementation skills.

• Startup background preferred — “builder mindset.”
