We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform complex data into clear insights that support strategic business decisions. This role requires hands-on experience in data cleansing, data mapping, and dashboard creation using Power BI or Tableau.

• Collect, clean, validate, and manipulate datasets from multiple sources.
• Perform detailed data mapping to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau.
• Analyse data trends and produce actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to understand data needs and deliver high-quality business intelligence outputs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with operational objectives.
• Present findings through clear visualisations, graphs, and summaries to support business decisions.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality, processes, and reporting frameworks.

• 3–7 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with data cleansing, data transformation, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, including dashboard creation and DAX/calculations.
• Strong SQL skills (desired but not required if not applicable).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and manipulate complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
