As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer. You will play a key role in creating visually compelling assets that support our brand across various platforms. You'll work together to produce high-quality designs for social media, email campaigns, website content, and print materials. This is a hands-on role where your creativity will directly impact our brand's presence and customer engagement. What qualities are we seeking?

- Create visual assets for email marketing, including banners and product layouts.
- Assist in the design and production of website content, such as hero banners, product imagery, and blog graphics.
- Develop and prepare print-ready files for offline marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and in-store signage.
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to brainstorm creative concepts and ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines.
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Stay informed on industry trends and design best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work for both digital and print.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work with accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
