  • Provide consistent customer service to internal and external clients, maintaining a respectful work environment.
  • Interact with operational and business development leads to support proposal efforts.
  • Navigate Dynamics 365 for proposal-related tasks and actions, comprehensively understanding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions.
  • Prioritize reviewing and responding to emails sent to proposals@gisy.com and/or clientmanagement@gisy.com, as assigned by the Proposals Manager or Director.
  • Notify proposal team members of new opportunities and client updates.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint folders and pages related to assigned opportunities and tasks.
  • Utilize Loopio.com to create and update library entries and complete proposal assignments.
  • Format and edit proposals focusing on completing milestones and meeting deadlines.
  • Record proposal actions, including member assignments, Go/No Go decisions, and meeting highlights and actions.
  • Navigate client portals to retrieve information, communicate with clients, and submit responses.
  • Set and participate in proposal development and team meetings, as assigned.
  • Track client addendums and clarifications, providing updates to internal stakeholders and storing documents in SharePoint.
  • Help complete post-bid assignments for supported opportunities, such as affidavits and registrations.
  • Coordinate actions related to pre-qualifications, registrations, contractor setup, and similar initiatives as assigned.
  • Participate in GIS meetings and initiatives.
  • Travel to office locations as appropriate to support proposal processing and team development.
  • This position is considered entry level with 1 – 4 years of direct proposal development experience.
