  • Develop and implement effective collection policies and procedures to maximize debt recovery.
  • Lead, train, and mentor collections staff to enhance performance and development.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure that collection targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline collection efforts and reduce overall delinquency rates.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on departmental performance and plan adjustments as necessary.
  • Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate payment arrangements with high-profile clients.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to debt collection.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in collections or related field with proven managerial skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs for collections teams.
  • Familiarity with digital collection technologies.
  • Background in negotiating with clients in financial distress.
  • Knowledge of legal issues and best practices in collections.
