We are looking for experienced Tech Sourcers to support a New York-based executive search firm specializing in high-quality placements across technology roles. The role focuses purely on candidate identification and pipeline building, with no outreach or screening responsibilities.

This is a research-driven role requiring strong understanding of technical profiles and the ability to identify high-quality candidates aligned with US market standards.

  • Identify qualified candidates across:
  • Software Engineering (front-end, back-end, full-stack)
  • Languages including Python, C++, C#, Java, Golang, and Javascript with it’s many frameworks)
  • Data Roles
  • Including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists
  • Cyber Security roles
  • AI / Machine Learning and Quantitative roles
  • Infrastructure/Systems roles
  • Including Linux/Windows Admins and Engineers, and Devops
  • Network Engineering
  • Application & Production Support
  • Technical Project Management, Product Management, Program Management, and Business Analysts 
  • IT Managers, IT Directors, & CTOs
  • Have experience sourcing candidates among a variety of industries, including but not limited to Financial Services, FinTech, Start-ups, etc
  • Cross-reference sourced candidates against the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure candidate profiles align with role requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain organized pipelines and project tracking
  • 2 to 15 years of experience in tech sourcing or recruitment research
  • Prior experience supporting US-based clients (preferably NYC or similar markets)
  • Technical Understanding
  • Strong familiarity with:
  • Software Engineering (front-end, back-end, full-stack)
  • Languages including Python, C++, C#, Java, Golang, and Javascript with it’s many frameworks)

Data Roles

  • Including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists
