The HR Operations Intern provides comprehensive HR administrative and operations support across employee lifecycle processes, documentation, compliance, and internal coordination, under the supervision of the HR Operations Team.

  • Support the maintenance and updating of employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ERP, and other platforms used in the company.
  • Help audit and maintain 201 employee files in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in facilitating the onboarding to offboarding process, including but not limited to scheduling exit interviews, processing clearances, and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to HR-related internal tickets, escalating issues when needed and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports, records, presentations, and internal communications as required.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires receive their new hire kits on their start date.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the People and Culture team for various activities including documentation preparation, schedule coordination, arranging logistical requirements, and organizing HR Operations activities.
  • Help maintain and update HR templates, forms, and policy documents.
  • Assist in tracking employee and intern attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams for intern-related documentation and queries.
  • Support compliance tracking and documentation for labor and regulatory requirements.
  • Help manage HR documentation archives and digital records.
  • Process relevant employee reimbursements.
  • Provide whatever support may be required by the People and Culture team.
  • Using Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
  • Drafting and formatting documents in Microsoft Word
  • Creating presentations and internal communications using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Organizing files and folders (both digital and physical)
  • Communicating professionally via email and chat platforms
  • Managing schedules, calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Basic HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and employee file management
  • Using shared drives or document management systems (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • HRIS or ERP platforms (even at a basic level)
  • Tracking attendance, leaves, and other employee metrics
  • Supporting team events or internal HR initiatives
