Functional overview

OKTA is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to join the business technology Application Services team to manage our core business applications.  Our application landscape is centered on NetSuite, Coupa, Expensify, Avalara, Salesforce, FullCast, Dayback, FloQast and Stripe with various integrations to other core applications.  Desired applicants should have experience on the Salesforce and FullCast and Dayback platform as a superuser from a management and configuration perspective.  Some of your primary responsibilities include:

Duties and responsibilities

• User Provisioning, Saved Searches, Reports and Day-today administrative functions including SAP Callidus, FullCast and Dayback
• Sandbox Refreshes
• Assist with ITGC reports for SOX compliance
• Initiate, lead, and manage automation of reports and analyses.
• Support Production Changes using the SOX Change Management guidelines
• Support the Finance departments during the month-end close issues and process
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Document and maintain existing processes with flow diagrams, UML and design documents.
• Assist users and stakeholders with analytics and report design and management.
• Participate in the integration testing and data validation process of the financial systems with other enterprise systems
• Defend user and administrative actions with internal and external auditors as necessary
• Adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment

Minimum competencies

• Ability to execute detailed specifications and from high-level requirements with little supervision
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of interrelationships of business processes
• SOX experience is a big plus
• Excellent communication and written skill.
• Self-motivated and sense of urgency

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer engineering or Science
• 2+ years of SAP Callidus and Fullcast administration, customization, reporting experiences.
• 1+ year Callidus implementation, including hands-on design and configuration.
• Netsuite, Avalara and Stripe experience is a big plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
