Core Responsibilities

Technical & Tooling

• Build and prototype concepts, internal tools, and system integrations

• Deliver complete solutions, including the critical “last 20%” of execution

• Demonstrate practical coding ability in Python and JavaScript

• Utilize no-code platforms and AI-assisted development tools effectively

• Design and implement AI-powered tools and process improvements across the business

Operational & Delivery

• Drive projects to completion, especially when leadership bandwidth is limited

• Identify and remove blockers to ensure timely and efficient delivery

• Execute urgent, cross-functional priorities across marketing, engineering, and operations

• Lead technical execution for business integrations and acquisitions

• Coordinate and collaborate with offshore teams across Sydney- and Philippines-based teams

Context Absorption & Leadership Support

• Quickly absorb business context through meetings, documentation, or AI-generated summaries

• Anticipate leadership needs and proactively stay ahead of priorities

• Represent leadership with sound judgment and professionalism when required

NON-NEGOS:

NICE-TO-HAVES:

Experience with Cursor Knowledge of PHP,

Javascript Experience in a startup or fast‑moving environment.

Exposure to media, publishing, or SaaS businesses.

Experience working across distributed teams.
