Functional Overview: 

A Floor Supervisor is expected to perform a variety of cleaning activities such as maintaining the overall  cleanliness and proper sanitation of offices, common areas and rest rooms according to the company’s  hygiene standards.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Sweep clean all floor 

• Vacuuming all rugs and carpets runners and carpet protectors so that they are free of dirt, mud etc. 

• Thorough cleaning and sanitization of toilets, bathrooms, wash basins and shower facilities, using suitable  non abrasive cleaners and disinfectants. 

• All glass at entrance doors of the premises would be cleaned using damp and dry method. Glass  tabletops, cabin doors, cabin partitions, fire exit doors and glass accessories should also be cleaned. 

• Spot clean carpets whenever necessary to remove spots using appropriate cleaning agent. 

• Checking and thorough cleaning of meeting rooms every after use.  

• Storage room management. All debris and stocks must be organized.  

• Proper waste disposal management. All trash bins must always be checked and empty .  

• Indoor plants maintenance including watering, grooming, inspection and treatment for insect and disease  control  • Thorough cleaning of equipment in pantry/ cafeteria and cleaning of cupboards from outside / inside.  • Requisition of refills, disposables, vending premixes, etc.  • Defrosting of refrigerator and dry cleaning of microwave oven. Hot water washing of crockery, cutlery and  water bottles. 

• Assist pest control agency for effective pest control. 

• Assist Customer Success personnel in serving refreshments to members when needed.  

• Proper handling and cleanliness of pantry appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee  machine, etc.)  

• Assists the facilities technicians during minor fixture repairs. 

• Doing simple urgent errands such as bank deposits, purchase of office/pantry supplies(in small quantity),  assisting members during move in/move out and assists in hauling.  

• Immediate reporting of any defective equipment to the Customer Success personnel on site.  

• Manning the front desk whenever the Customer Success personnel is unavailable. 

• Reporting of inventory status to the Customer Success personnel in a weekly basis

• Supervise other cleaning personnel 

• Ensure our cleaning and showreadiness standards are followed 

• Report any issues in the facility  

• Be able to man the reception 

• Handle resolve admin/office issues 

• Other ad hoc tasks as required 

 

Minimum Competencies:  • Strong organization skills with a positive attitude towards his/her colleagues 

• Attention to details 

• Proficient in coordinating with different people 

• Approachable and able to adjust to work environment 

• Can work overtime and shifting schedules 

• Must be a team player and multitasking 

• Capable of working under minimal supervision 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Must possess at least a High School diploma 

• 1-2 years experience in janitorial/housekeeping services
