We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photography & Video Editor, with a strong focus on image editing, to support the production of high-quality visual content. The selected candidate will edit photography, video, and drone footage, manage daily workflows, and ensure all media is delivered to a professional standard. This role involves preparing content for a variety of platforms, coordinating schedules, and maintaining consistent output in a deadline-driven environment. Training will be provided by our current editor to ensure all work meets our quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in photo and video editing, with image editing being the most important aspect of the role. Responsibilities include editing residential and commercial property content, reviewing and assembling raw media, enhancing footage, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand and quality guidelines. The candidate will also manage daily workflow, liaise with their line manager, and prepare weekly reports. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

• Edit photography, video, and drone footage for property-related content (with a strong emphasis on image editing).
• Assemble raw footage and apply enhancements to meet quality standards.
• Manage daily workflow and coordinate scheduling with the line manager.
• Prepare and submit weekly service and progress reports.
• Ensure all edited content is delivered within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain consistency in branding, style, and overall visual quality.
• Organise and manage digital files and project assets.

• Experience in photo editing and video editing (essential).
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Experience editing drone footage (required).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
