Functional overview

The Channel Operations team supports channel and alliance partners.  We have oversight into and are accountable for the operational readiness of quote to order capabilities, the user experience, and the processes necessary for our partners and internal teams.  We also provide data insights to our internal business stakeholders driving and supporting strategic decisions.  The Partner Deal Registration Analyst is responsible for the management and monitoring aspects of the global Partner Deal Registration programs. The scope of work will center around processing partner deal registrations, outreach to partners and internal sales teams, and responding to inbound queries from partner and internal teams.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Process deal registrations for the Zoom Referral Programs
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing deal registrations
  • Research deal registration requests for account ownership and pipeline / forecast duplicate deals
  • Be the liaison between the Sales organization, Channel Sales, and Referral partners to govern effective deal registration programs
  • Drive timely and accurate responses to render a decision to approve or deny the deal registration, adhering to defined SLA’s
  • Monitor the ongoing status of existing deal registrations
  • Drive Global program governance and enforcement, monitor policies and deal engagement trends to assist with Channel conflict resolution
  • Create reports to track deal registration & lead distribution history, trends, etc. as required by management
  • Support tracking Key Performance Metrics (SLAs, Productivity, Quality)
  • Monitor system availability and readiness in Partner Portal and CRM tool
  • Contribute to ongoing process and workflow improvements; participate in testing and roll-out of improvement

Minimum competencies

  • Outgoing individual with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and support diversified programs while maintaining consistency and optimal performance
  • Ability to multitask ongoing activities from multiple people is essential
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record working in a fast-paced environment

Minimum qualifications

  • 3-5 years or more of industry experience working directly with channel partners and channel programs; experience working with the Agent community is preferred
  • Experience Managing or Administering Deal Registration programs in Software, SaaS, or Unified Communications
  • CRM software experience required; Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and program management
  • Willing to work US Business Hours
