The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily accounting and financial administration of the business. You will manage core bookkeeping functions, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end processes.   • Manage creditors and debtors ledgers
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  •  Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Maintain organised financial documentation and support audit preparation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls

Option 1: Bookkeeper

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping or similar accounting role
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting operations
  • High accuracy, strong organisational skills, and ability to work independently

Option 2: Newly Qualified or Part-Qualified CPA

  • 3–4 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Progressing toward CPA qualification or recently qualified
  • Strong analytical mindset and willingness to take on broader finance 
    responsibilities

  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to think ahead, solve problems, and add value beyond basic tasks
