We are looking to grow our Procurement team to support our growing purchasing
needs. This role will be responsible for supporting the purchasing needs of our
Procurement Team with supplier engagement activities - including conducting vendor due diligence, reviewing/redlining contracts and working with internal teams to facilitate deal completion.
Contract & Supplier Fluency
- Proven experience redlining contracts, correcting legal entity details, and reducing Legal touchpoints — exactly what the role calls out

- Established working relationships across Legal, Finance, GRC, and AP — the exact stakeholder map this role navigates

AP Partnership
- Direct collaboration with AP on shadow POs, change orders, and payment issue resolution — not a learning curve, already your workflow
- Support the Procurement Team and global business stakeholders in managing
procurement-related processes including:- Developing accurate scopes of work and service specifications
- Working with requestors to ensure proper documentation is submitted
through the right channels - Redlining and correcting legal entity names, addresses, bill-to details,
payment terms, and MSA references to reduce Legal touchpoints and
accelerate contract cycles - Collaborate with Legal, Finance, GRC and other stakeholders to drive
clarity, resolve blockers, and move deals forward - Communicating with suppliers and business stakeholders and shepherd deals through completion
- Ensure end-to-end purchasing and workflow accuracy by reviewing and validating purchase requests and performing QA to correct data, cost details, and inconsistencies
- Oversee signature management processes to ensure timely and compliant execution of agreements
- Partner with AP to facilitate any necessary shadow purchase orders or change
orders - Perform PO management activities such as PO close
- Support business stakeholders in researching supplier related-issues including
contracts management, supplier payment and supplier performance
- Bachelor's degree preferably with an analytical focus (Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc).
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier management and/or
supply chain, ideally in a fast-paced, high growth environment - Experience with Marketing, IT, HR, Finance and general business commodities.
- Experience in reviewing and developing SOW’s and other procurement related
documentation. - Demonstrated experience in procurement, contracting and negotiating with
suppliers - Experience working with cross functional teams and with cross border teams
- Strong customer service aptitude and collaboration-focused mindset
- Strong Excel and analytics skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
