The Paralegal / Executive Assistant provides integrated legal and executive support to the Vice President of Legal & Compliance Department. This role is responsible for legal documentation, research, and compliance tracking, while also managing executive-level administrative functions. The position requires a high level of discretion in handling confidential information, along with the ability to contribute thoughtful, innovative ideas that enhance processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Paralegal Functions

  • Conduct legal research and present clear, concise summaries and recommendations.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain organized legal records and contract databases.
  • Support compliance monitoring and assist with regulatory filings and corporate governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in due diligence and special legal projects.

Executive Assistant Functions

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and email management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.

  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive legal and business information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Exercise sound judgment in safeguarding data and communications.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative, practical ideas to enhance legal and administrative workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or executive assistant role.
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
