Executive Support Officer – Office of the CEO
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the Office of the CEO. This role is critical and requires immediate availability. The position supports both executive business operations and select personal priorities of the CEO and his family, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability

Role Scope & Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support (20%)
- Visa applications, passport renewals, and related documentation
- Review of contracts and correspondence for accuracy, grammar, and clarity (legal review handled separately)
- Coordination with legal counsel and external service providers
Executive & Family Events Coordination (30%)
- Planning and execution of executive and family-related events
- Vendor sourcing, coordination, and ongoing communication
- On-site oversight to ensure events are fully set up and delivered as planned
Travel & Logistics Management (20%)
- End-to-end travel planning, bookings, and itinerary management for the CEO and family
- Coordination of transportation, accommodations, and related logistics
- Handling time-sensitive changes and special requests efficiently
Calendar & Executive Coordination (30%)
- Full calendar management for the CEO across multiple business entities
- Scheduling and prioritizing meetings, events, and personal commitments
- Ensuring alignment between professional obligations and personal schedule
Required Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication; proactive status updates are essential
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professional judgment
- Strong patience and stakeholder management skills
- High level of digital and technology proficiency (calendar systems, communication tools, documentation)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in executive support, hospitality, travel, or luxury service industries
- Established network of vendors and service partners is an advantage
- Professional presence appropriate for executive-level interaction
- Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
