  • Review basic contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and relevant laws.
  • Support in drafting and updating contracts, facilitate the routing of documents for necessary approvals, and manage the signature process.
  • Maintain well-organized and updated records of legal documents and contract files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Conduct basic due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks under supervision to mitigate potential risks.
  • Identify and promptly escalate any potential issues or risks discovered in documentation or procedural compliance.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and stakeholders to collect necessary information to fulfill contract and legal obligations.
  • Assist in the preparation of routine reports detailing contracts, compliance activities, and the status of documentation.
  • Provide effective administrative and operational support to enhance the efficiency of legal processes.
  • Respond to inquiries and ensure completion of assigned tasks within stipulated timelines and service levels.
  • Carry out additional legal, compliance, and administrative tasks as delegated by the legal team or management.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology and document-handling.
  • Experience with legal document management software is highly desirable.
