POSITION:
Front Office Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions with clients, vendors, and guests
  • Maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance aligned with company standards
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Manage visitor coordination and monitoring
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and fully equipped
  • Ensure permits and certifications are updated and properly displayed
  • Coordinate meetings to avoid scheduling conflicts
  • Assist with gate passes and work access permits
  • Maintain organized, ISO-compliant filing systems
  • Keep updated records of client and vendor information
  • Monitor consumables and track inventory usage
  • Support and monitor daily/weekly housekeeping activities
  • Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys to improve services
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Bachelor’s College Degree in Business Administration, Tourism/Hotel and Restaurant, or other related courses.
  • Willing to work on-site.
  • Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
