POSITION: Building Technician

LOCATION: Brgy. Maribago, Tambuli, Cebu

WORK SET UP: ON SITE everyday - 6 days a week

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree
• With Two (2) years experienced employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair in Building and Facilities Management
• Must have: 1. Technical Proficiency 2. Initiative 3. Flexibility 4. Multi-tasking 5. Sense of Urgency
• Willing to work onsite from in Brgy. Maribago, Tambuli, Cebu

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Vendor Management
   1. Endorse completion/service reports pertinent to building vendors to the immediate superior.
2. Technical Operations
   1. Conducts regular inspection of machineries and equipment of the building and report encountered problem to the Immediate Superior.
   2. Accomplish Building Equipment Checklist.
   3. Ensures that Tenant requests/concerns are attended and provide immediate actions/recommendations.
   4. Ensure frequency of utility reading and its accuracy.
3. Health and Safety
   1. Ensures that the ff. health and safety equipment are efficiently functioning and properly maintained (e.g., FDAS, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Cabinets, Fire Protection System, Emergency lights.
   2. Ensure that all incident(s) within the property are endorsed to the immediate superior.
4. Administrative Operations
   1. Ensures that all files, forms, and other important documents in use are ISO compliant.
5. Business Development
   1. Customer Survey Ratings of Landlords. Ensures that Technical Team provides the best quality of service to the landlords. Creation of a mutually beneficial business relationship.
   2. Customer Survey Ratings of tenants. Ensures that Technical Team provides the best quality of service to the tenants. Creation of a mutually beneficial business relationship.
6. Operational Enhancement
   1. Suggests ways to streamline the technical process to offer the best service to the clients.
7. Personality Development
   1. Participates actively in KMC activities such as corporate meetings, trainings, social affairs, and other company activities.
8. Others
   1. Perform other related works that may be assigned by the Management.
