WORK SET UP: Onsite - 6 days a week
POSITION: Assistant Property Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct regular property inspections and updates to ensure operations, compliance, and standards are met.
- Hold meetings with the management team to address issues, discuss improvements, and ensure proper communication.
- Enforce and regularly review house rules.
- Oversee security operations, ensuring proper training, compliance with service agreements, and incident reporting.
- Implement systems for maintenance, safety, and energy efficiency (preventive maintenance, fire safety, utilities monitoring, waste management).
- Ensure compliance with fire safety plans, insurance coverage, and all safety regulations.
- Develop and monitor energy management programs and cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including permits, documentation, reports, inventory, and meeting coordination.
- Manage vendors, set KPIs, and conduct service performance evaluations.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, collections, and disbursements; prepare budgets and financial summaries.
- Manage property funds and ensure proper deposits and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders to improve service quality.
- Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
- At least 2 years of work experience in the property management industry.
- Must have experience in handling Office/Residential/Commercial Buildings.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

- Strong communication with tenants, owners, contractors, and stakeholders
- Excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships
- Financial management, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense tracking
- Effective problem-solving for tenant and maintenance issues
- Strong organizational skills to manage records and multiple tasks
- Ability to market properties and handle leasing processes
- Knowledge of property maintenance and managing repairs/contractors
- Proficiency in property management tools and technology
- Strong negotiation skills for leases and contracts
- Adaptability to changing situations and challenges
- High attention to detail to ensure property standards
- Good time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
