POSITION:
 Property Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversees daily property operations to ensure equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and efficient utility usage within budgets
  • Conducts regular inspections of facilities and monitors equipment performance and operational conditions
  • Ensures cleanliness, safety, and compliance with house rules and property regulations
  • Addresses tenant concerns promptly and coordinates with security to maintain a safe environment
  • Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment
  • Schedules and monitors maintenance activities, ensuring compliance by third-party contractors
  • Maintains operational readiness of building systems and ensures permits and contracts are up to date
  • Ensures availability of critical spare parts and maintenance resources
  • Manages vendor performance by setting and enforcing SLAs and KPIs
  • Conducts regular evaluation of service providers and contractors
  • Leads fire safety initiatives, including implementation of safety standards and emergency procedures
  • Maintains fire protection systems and ensures compliance with safety inspections and hazard prevention
  • Implements energy management programs to optimize consumption and track cost savings
  • Ensures compliance with energy guidelines and coordinates with stakeholders
  • Supports construction and tenant fit-out activities, ensuring proper testing, commissioning, and compliance with guidelines and permits
  • Conducts inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans and regulations
  • Oversees administrative operations, including regulatory compliance, documentation standards, reporting, and inventory management
  • Leads and develops the technical and maintenance team through coordination, performance monitoring, and coaching
  • Ensures effective communication and workflow within the team
  • Manages financial performance by monitoring OPEX and CAPEX and ensuring efficient utility usage
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Monitors service quality through customer feedback and satisfaction initiatives
  • Identifies opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance service delivery
  • Participates in training and company programs for continuous professional development

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
      • Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam).
      • At least 3 years of working experience in Property Management.
      • Willing to work on-site.
      • Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

        • Technical expertise in building systems such as electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues in design, construction, and maintenance
        • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in plans and execution
        • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and stakeholders
        • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
        • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
