WORK SET UP: On-site - 6 days a week
POSITION: Front Office Associate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions with clients, vendors, and guests
- Maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance aligned with company standards
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
- Manage visitor coordination and monitoring
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and fully equipped
- Ensure permits and certifications are updated and properly displayed
- Coordinate meetings to avoid scheduling conflicts
- Assist with gate passes and work access permits
- Maintain organized, ISO-compliant filing systems
- Keep updated records of client and vendor information
- Monitor consumables and track inventory usage
- Support and monitor daily/weekly housekeeping activities
- Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment
- Conduct customer feedback surveys to improve services
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Bachelor’s College Degree in Business Administration, Tourism/Hotel and Restaurant, or other related courses.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
