Skills
- Engineering and design experience with water systems, sewer systems, storm water systems, roads, and site plan review
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Familiarity with various Michigan agencies, including MDOT local agency system
- Strong computer skills, including internet, e-mail, Excel, and Word
- Background in construction administration/engineering is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work with established clients
- Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
- Manage projects from preliminary studies through final design and construction documents for bidding
- Oversee the development and design of new capital improvement projects from beginning to end
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Assist in developing new clients and opportunities

- Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of related experience in project management
