We are currently searching for an experienced Survey Manager to support our Midwest Region located in Indianapolis, IN. This position provides supervision and direction of survey technical staff in conducting land surveys and preparing survey deliverables and documents. You will be responsible for the success of projects, including quality, budget, and schedule for each project.

Responsibilities

  • Build a team and foster strong client relations
  • Coordinate and manage outside survey subcontractors
  • Implement QA/QC practices for final survey deliverables
  • Develop fees and write/review proposals
  • Ensure compliance with company safety regulations
  • Communicate regularly with team members and operation managers to keep projects on schedule and meet client expectations

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of Project Management experience
  • Desire and ability to obtain licensure in additional states
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record
