About the job Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift
The Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd Shift will lead and manage all maintenance roles and processes at our Ripon, WI facility during night hours. This role is essential for executing the maintenance process, establishing a reliability focus, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The position provides leadership, first-line supervision, technical assistance, and training to a team of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians. Responsibilities include executing unit goals, supervising personnel, and directing day-to-day activities with a significant degree of independence. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
This is a 3rd shift position - 5 days/8-hour shifts. Sunday through Thursday - 10pm-6am

Responsibilities
- Create a culture of safety by implementing workplace policies
- Build strong relationships with team members, union, and management
- Ensure timely submission of completed work orders from technicians
- Track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in scoping corrective work orders with Maintenance Planners
- Manage and develop weekly schedules for shift technicians
- Evaluate team performance and encourage continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or Business Management preferred, or significant experience in lieu of degree
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a skilled position
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, including the ability to read and understand prints
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment functionality
