Responsibilities

  • Administer Micro Focus ALM/QC server licenses
  • Create new users and projects

  • Customize Quality Center and support engineering teams
  • Train users on ALM tools and develop training materials
  • Serve as the first point of contact for user-related issues
  • Support engineering teams with tool-related scripting and automation
  • Conduct administrative tasks for application maintenance
  • Implement new patches and validate upgraded environments
  • Integrate ALM with third-party tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing licenses, creating users, and setting up projects
  • Experience in customizing user roles, workflows, and project entities
  • Strong scripting and automation skills
  • Proficiency in SQL query development
  • Ability to integrate ALM with various tools

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
