About the job Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
As a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift in Ripon, WI, you will lead and support your team in the Dryer area. This role is pivotal in coordinating daily activities to meet production requirements, ensuring the success of your team members. The working hours for this position are from 2:30 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with mechanical and hydraulic press operations is beneficial
- Previous assembly line supervision experience preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring skills
Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred
- Relevant professional experience, including internships or co-ops, will be considered
