Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production schedules based on demand and inventory levels
- Supervise warehouse and logistics functions including receiving, storage, shipping, and order fulfillment
- Track and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, production efficiency, waste, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely raw material availability and shipment of finished goods
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies
- Maintain high standards of quality and food safety compliance across all processes
- Train, lead, and evaluate team members; assist with staffing and performance management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce costs
- Support safety and GMP compliance, including proper use of PPE and adherence to all facility protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role in manufacturing and/or logistics
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment

- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
