Tools Support Engineer - Coppell

The Tools Support Engineer will play a critical role in supporting engineering project teams on ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools. This position involves customizing, supporting, and configuring ALM tools to meet business needs, as well as providing training and troubleshooting for users. The role requires the ability to effectively navigate functional and geographic boundaries while maintaining excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
